NZ Nail Academy's FAQ's

NZ Nail Academy are the importers and the exlcusive Distributors in New Zealand for Entity Beauty, Nfu.Oh Nail Creation, Sheekee Nails, Vamp Nail Creation.  We are the authorised Distributors for Nfu.Oh Nail Creation, Sheekee and Vamp Nail Creation for Australia and other International Destinations.

If you are a Beauty Professional and would like to stock any of our products we supply, please contact us for more information or fill out the Account Application form under the Info Tab at the top of the screen.  If you are a consumer please register at the top of the page to set up a retail shopping account with us.

How do I purchase items from your website?

If you are a Retail Consumer you can start purchasing items straight away and do not need to set up a shopping account, however by setting up a shopping account it will make your shopping experience faster for next time.  Simply click on the "Register" tab and fill out your details under "Create An Account", you then be able to login to purchase any retails times.

If you are a Wholesale Customer please fill out the "Account Application" form under the Info tab.  Once this is processed you will receive an email from us to say your wholesale account is set up and when you login you will be able to view all of our wholesale products and pricing.

What If I forget my username or password?

If you forgot your password, click on "Register" and click on the link "Forgot your password?" Give the email address associated with your account. After a few minutes, you will receive an email on how to reset your password.

How do I change my personal information in the website?

Click on "Register" and login with your username and password. Click on "My Account" which is located at the top of your screen of the webpage. Click on the "Change Password" or "Edit Contact" links and here you can edit all your personal information ready for modification.

Why can’t I login to the website?

If you cannot login to the website, please ensure that you are typing the correct username and the valid password. If you have forgotten your password, click on ‘Forgot your password?’ to reset it.  If all attempts failed to log you in to the website, please contact customer support.

I am logging in but cannot seem to see any wholesale products or pricing?

Our website is currently displaying all Retail items available to consumers.  To be able to view our wholesale items you will need to be marked as a wholesale customer.  Please contact us to activate this for your or fill out the Account Application form under the Info section.

Do you ship your products internationally?

Yes we can ship to international destinations.  We are unable to ship Entity Beauty products to any international destinations.  Some flammable items may not be shipped internationally and may incur customs and duty charges of that country.  Please refer to our "Terms and Conditons" at the bottom of the page for full Delivery information.
