Payment

• Payment is required in full for your order before dispatched unless prior arrangement has been made with mangement of NZNA.

• All major credit cards accepted. (Not AMEX) , internet banking, cheque.

Products and Pricing

• All prices shown on this website are GST inclusive.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• All goods are subject to availability.

Delivery and Handling

• Delivery of goods in New Zealand is normally by Courier Post, however, we reserve the right to deliver goods by any other reasonable means. All parcels are sent by Non-signature required" throughout NZ and freight delivered can be at risk.  Please allow 3 -5 business days for delivery for items in stock if ordered and paid for by 12.00pm each day.  Delivery of items to Rural Destinations can take longer.  Delivery times are based on geographical location.

• Delivery of goods Internationally is by NZ Post's charges. We have a flat shipping rate of $10 shipping to Australia. For other destinations the postage amount is calculated according to the price and items ordered.  We have a minimum order quantity of $50 for International orders.

• Delivery to key destinations is approx 3-6 working days for Australia & 2 - 3 weeks for other destinations. This service provides door-to-door delivery service. NOTE: This service does not incorporate Track and trace facility, once items have left us, we carry no responsibility for any parcels lost in transit.

• You agree that you will be responsible for all freight costs unless otherwise stated. NZNA reserves the right to adjust your invoice, should actual freight costs exceed the amount already paid. You agree that NZNA may debit your account accordingly.

• Large items such as Heat Lamps or bulk orders may also incur additonal delivery charges and we reserve the right to adjust these charges as may be appropriate.

• Some products may not be exported outside of New Zealand. Once an order has been approved, further changes will incur an amendment charge. No back orders on International orders. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• Large items such as Heat Lamps or bulk orders may also incur additional delivery charges and we reserve the right to adjust these charges as may be appropriate.

• Goods supplied to the a customer shall be at the Customer’s risk immediately on delivery to the Customer or into the custody on the Customers behalf, (which ever is done sooner) and the Customer shall insure accordingly.

• The company reserves the right to refuse supply.

Returns

• We take pride in customer satisfaction and our extremely high level of repeat business so will always do our best to ensure you are happy with your purchase. We describe and photograph our items accurately and honestly so you can be sure that what you see is what you get. If you are not entirely happy with an item please contact us within three (3) days of receipt and we will work with you to resolve the situation. The buyer will be responsible for all freight costs of returning items.

• Please contact us immediately if any item you receive is faulty. You will be asked to return the item and we will arrange either an exchange or refund including the cost of return freight. Items under warranty will be repaired or replaced.

• Please contact us immediately if you do not receive all the items you ordered or if you have received an incorrect item. We will rectify the situation and arrange the return of any incorrect items.

• All goods for return must be advised within 7 days from invoice date. Returned goods are subject to inspection and count before acceptance.

• Goods prone to contamination, opened cannot be credited

• All returns must be authorised before being sent - unexpected returns will not be opened and will be marked return to sender. All items returned must be in the same packaging and same condition as you received them. We package our items carefully and expect that you do the same.

• Please select your items of purchase carefully. We accept no responsibility for incorrect ordering.

• By accepting merchandise, the purchase accepts the terms and conditions.
