Syrups gels are a slightly more transparent or see through gel.  The Peony Syrup range is perfect for doing french nails as your base colour.  If you are wanting a more solid colour then 3 coats is advised. The Malrang Neon range are like glass so are perfect as a base or background colour with other nail art over top.
